I'm really enjoying the rehearsals for an improv comedy evening that will be held at Christchurch Anglican church in Saskatoon on November 4. I'm the director and will also perform with the group. I love the feeling of "flying by the seat of your pants" while trusting your partner or partners in a scene to help you create something funny. We've been practising improv skills and deciding which games/scenes we'll perform in our show, with the audience giving us suggestions about the content. Fortunately, we have a talented group of people who work well together.
